Pricing you can see before we start
Published starting prices, a price estimator, and one flat monthly payment with your tax returns spread over the year.
What you'll pay, and when
Most owners can't tell you what their accountant will cost this year until the invoices show up. We think you should know the number before we start, and pay it the way that works for your cash flow.
What owners tell us they're used to
- Hourly billing, so the cost is a guess until it's over
- Invoices that arrive weeks or months after the work
- Line items like "professional services" with no detail
- Charges nobody mentioned up front
- A big tax-season bill landing all at once
How we bill
- Published starting prices, right on this page
- A flat quote before any work starts. Anything outside it gets quoted first.
- One flat monthly amount by automatic bank payment, with your returns spread over 12 months. Available with monthly bookkeeping or an ongoing advisory engagement.
- Every invoice itemized, so you know exactly what you paid for
- Pay returns in full instead, and save 8% on them
The monthly plan is available to clients on monthly bookkeeping or an ongoing advisory engagement, and requires ACH authorization for automatic monthly payments from your bank account. Tax-only clients pay returns when we start them. Payments are non-refundable after 30 days. If you prepay or leave mid-year, any unused amount stays as a credit toward future services. If work is already completed when you leave, the balance for that work is due.
